I. Company introduction:

Dong-A Pharm Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd is one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in Korea, established in 1932. Dong-A Pharmaceutical is engaged mainly in over-the-counter products, selling drugs (which consumers can buy at pharmacies without a doctor's prescription) and health protection supplements.

Its main products include Bacchus, Garglin, Morning Care, and Tempo. Dong-A Pharm pledges allegiance to our founding spirit of "making good medicine to contribute to the protection of national health" and becoming the country's leading healthcare expert in Korea.

II. Services provided by NSG:

• Introduce and connect Dong-A with potential partners in Vietnam;
• Market survey and reporting for Dong-A;
• Finding suitable investment opportunities and locations;
• Carrying out administrative procedures during Dong-A's business activities in Vietnam;
• Translating documents for related work between languages: Vietnamese-English; English-Vietnamese; Korea-Vietnam; Vietnam-Korea; Korean-British; English-Korean.
• Arrange and reserve seats for Dong-A's members when doing business in Vietnam and Dong-A's partners in Korea

In the initial stage of cooperation, NSG has effectively supported Dong-A through searching for potential partners, strengthening relationships with partners, and finding suitable investment opportunities for Dong-A. penetrate the Vietnamese market. Above all, NSG is the product registration representative authorized by Dong-A, in order to bring Dong-A's products to Vietnamese consumers.

In the next phase of cooperation, NSG will become the pharmaceutical registration agent for Dong-A in Vietnam. At the same time, NSG will also be the authorized representative of Dong-A in Vietnam.
